Sharing Your Practice with Family

Healing isn't just something we offer others, it’s something we can gently weave into the everyday moments with those we love most.

In our home, Reiki isn't reserved for quiet sessions; it’s a way of being. A hand placed on a child's back during a moment of sadness, a palm over the heart when words fall short, creates simple, intuitive acts of energy connection that remind them they are safe, seen, and supported.

We also use meditation to help our little ones navigate their emotions. When big feelings rise, we pause, breathe, and invite stillness. We explore gentle practices like breathing with the heart, using simple visualisations and moments of quiet reflection we teach them how to listen to their own hearts.

Sharing your practice with your family isn't about doing it perfectly, it's about being present. It's about offering small, sacred spaces of safety and stillness amidst the busyness of life. Over time, these moments plant seeds of resilience, trust, and deep inner awareness.

Start where you are. Start with love.
Everything else will grow from there.
